Terms

By sending your materials to Pearson Imaging you agree to the following terms:

  • You claim and ensure that you have full copyright privileges to the materials submitted. By submitting any materials to Pearson Imaging you are accepting all responsibility for any copyright law violations. You agree when submitting any materials that Pearson Imaging will not be held responsible for any violation of national and/or international copyright laws.

  • Pearson Imaging is not responsible for any shipping related loss or damage. Pearson Imaging is not responsible in any way for possible loss or damage when shipping material to or from the customer. You agree when submitting material that Pearson Imaging is not responsible in any way for loss or damage that may happen during the shipping process.

  • Pearson Imaging guarantees your complete confidentiality and privacy. We believe your privacy is of the utmost importance. That is why we guarantee your personal information and images will not be shared or sold to any third parties without your authorization. However, in the case of delinquent payment, the necessary personal information will be shared for collection purposes. Your images will only be viewed by Pearson Imaging unless you give consent for image use.

  • Pearson Imaging guarantees your complete satisfaction. We are confident in our services and want you to know that your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your image quality or our services please let us know, we will do what is needed to ensure your satisfaction. Just remember that we cannot perform miracles. A bad picture or piece of film will result in a bad scan. Also, if you send us non-standard frames, improperly cut frames, frames without edges, badly curved/arched film, or damaged film we will do the best we can but the scan may not be perfect. Please keep your expectations of scans realistic.

  • Pearson Imaging will handle your materials professionally with the highest level of care. Your materials will be returned as they were received. However, in the very unlikely event your materials are accidentally damaged or lost while in our hands, you are only entitled to the equivalent frames of unexposed like film or a maximum refund of $100.

  • Pearson Imaging guarantees you will receive working digitized copies of the materials submitted when you receive your order from us. We verify and test all our CD's and DVD's before sending them out to you. However mistakes are possible. After your package is received from us you have 30 days to let us know if something is not working. After 30 days your files are deleted from our systems and there is nothing we can do. We do not guarantee our CD's and DVD's will work forever. We will not be held responsible for misused CD's or DVD's; once the CD's or DVD's are in your hands they are your responsibility.

  • Pearson Imaging does not guarantee the processing time of your order. Although it is extremely rare that an order is not completed within the quoted processing time, remember that it is just an estimate.

  • Pearson Imaging will not ship your order back to you until payment is received. Although we do not require prepayment, payment must be received before we will ship your order back to you. Paying by personal check may delay shipping of your order. Payment must be received or arrangements/contacst must be made with us within 7 days of notice of order completion.

  • Pearson Imaging reserves the right to refuse service. We will not reproduce pornographic images, sexually explicit images, or images depicting illegal acts.
